Motorcyclist Killed In Jersey City Crash: Authorities
At 5:40 p.m. at John F. Kennedy Boulevard and Highland Avenue, a white Tesla was making a left turn when a white Suzuki motorcycle approached the intersection at a high rate of peed, striking the Tesla, Kimberly Wallace-Scalfione, a spokeswoman for the mayor's office said.
The motorcyclist was ejected upon impact and pronounced deceased soon after, Wallace-Scalfione said. The motorcyclist did not possess the proper endorsements to operate the motorcycle, Wallace-Scalfione said.
The Tesla driver and a passenger in the car declined medical attention, Wallace-Scalfione said.
